How to add CAPTCHA on WPForms forms
CAPTCHA 4WP includes WPForms support straight out of the box, enabling you to quickly add a CAPTCHA check at the click of a button. When using CAPTCHA 4WP, you can add CAPTCHA checks from Google reCAPTCHA, Cloudflare Turnstile, and hCAPTCHA to any form created with WPforms.
This how-to explains everything you need to know to successfully include CAPTCHA 4WP CAPTCHA checks to your WPForms forms.
Step 1: Ensure CAPTCHA 4WP is configured and working
If this is your first time using CAPTCHA 4WP, first configure the basic settings including Site Key and Secret Key. This will enable CAPTCHA on your WordPress website.
If the plugin has already been configured, you can safely skip this step.
Step 2:Add CAPTCHA to your WPForms
Adding CAPTCHA checks to WPForms is very straightforward. If you already have WPForms up and running, all you need to do is edit the existing forms. If you’re configuring new forms, start by creating a new form.
To add a CAPTCHA check, simply click the CAPTCHA 4WP button from the Add Fields section as shown in the screenshot below. You can click and drag the CAPTCHA 4WP field to any position you like.
Make sure you save the form once ready.
CAPTCHA will automatically be added to the form. The process needs to be repeated for every WPForms form you want to include CAPTCHA to.
