How to send the system information file to support

When troubleshooting a support issue with any of our plugins we might ask you to send us your system information file (sysinfo in short). This file contains diagnostic information about your WordPress website and web server configuration which help us troubleshoot any issue you might be encountering. To send us the WordPress system info file:

  1. Click the Help & Contact Us entry in the plugin menu,
  2. Click the System Info tab,
  3. Click the Download System Info File button
  4. Compress the file and send it to us via email.
