Giving back to the community
One of our priorities in Melapress is actively engaging with and supporting our community. This is why we offer free plugins like Admin Notices Manager, which reached 3,000 installs, and Website File Changes Monitor, which reached 8,000 installs. These tools are our way of giving back to the WordPress community.
Customer support
In 2023, we received close to 7,000 tickets. The average resolution took just 2.2 days from when the ticket was opened. Furthermore, 55% of all tickets were resolved on the first reply, with 60% of all tickets replied to in less than eight hours.
